There are a few but I love Andalucia in Spain, as it offers amazing cultural sites, history, food and wine. I also love snorkelling in the Maldives.

Soneva Fushi in the Maldives – I love the style and ethos of this resort. It is pure escapism and very much ‘Robinson Crusoe’ style. It is like no other resort that I have visited and I love the low key understated luxury feel. The house reef is great. Service and food is wonderful.

Being able to experience the Orient Express to Venice.
