ADVENTURE MEETS RELAXATION

Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast has some of the country’s finest beaches, swimmable bays, and warm waters. Encompassed by the Guanacaste province and home to the Nicoya Peninsula, this coastal paradise is perfect for recharging at the end of a holiday.

Guanacaste really does have it all: national parks, miles of sun-kissed beaches, buzzing coastal towns, and fantastic year-round surfing. It’s the ideal mix of adventure and relaxation. Here you’ll find the lively little town of Tamarindo, a haven for both water sports and party lovers with boutique hotels, a long sandy beach, and the warm blue waters of the Pacific.

If you’re looking for a more tranquil spot, the secluded Playa Potrero is a hidden gem with an irresistibly laid-back vibe. For keen surfers, trendy Playa Santa Teresa on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula earned its reputation as a surfer paradise with its world-class breaks.

But it’s not all about the sun and sea. Away from the coastline, you’ll find wildlife-rich national parks, smoking volcanoes, glittering waterfalls, and plenty of opportunity for adventure. You can spot monkeys, sloths, and numerous birds in the Rincon de la Vieja National Park, whilst the Las Baulas Marine National Park offers its visitors a chance to see nesting leatherback sea turtles.

Slow-paced, sun-soaked, and beautifully wild, the North Pacific Coast is the ultimate place to start or end your luxury, tailor-made holiday to Costa Rica.
