Sally Oyler travels extensively, taking great pleasure in drawing her inspiration from a wide variety of subjects.
The rich colours and textures of Burma and its of people going about their everyday lives have inspired this vibrant collection of oils and watercolours.
Sally’s style of painting, influenced by her training in graphics and textile design, absolutely rejoices in Burma’s palette, patterns and people. These captivating images are often quirky with a surprising twist.
Wildlife paintings from other travels in South Africa, Rwanda, Antarctica and the Arctic as well as her native Scotland will also feature in this exhibition. Some of the paintings will be available (during the day time) as limited edition prints, as will Sally’s full range of limited edition wildlife prints.
